PRODUCTION LINE MANAGER (Job Reference: "PL–Man")

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To manage the production line and the production team (30 to 40 employees working 4 shifts / 7 days / 24 hours) you are responsible for, and make so by all means that the production goals are achieved (output, productivity, down times…),
  2. To achieves goals, follow-up the production KPI's, to study and put in place all relevant actions with regard to machines, raw materials and workforce,
  3. To analyse the production results and establish a relation between the results and the process parameters in order to maximize the production results,
  4. To propose and execute the relevant modifications for improving the production process,
  5. To execute in the field all projects relating to your production line and coordinate closely with the QA/QC Supervisor,
  6. To respect all ISO/OHSAS procedures,
  7. To take into consideration safety and environmental related issues and implement the necessary precautions in organization and usage of raw materials and consumables,
  8. To organize/participate in the technical training programmes of our factory's employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Female or male, 26-35 years old,
  2. S1 or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical… Engineering, or equivalent,
  3. Proven managerial skills and experience,
  4. 3 – 10 years experience in managing people and production process, if possible for international companies,

EHS OFFICER (Job Reference: "EHSO")

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To Implement the company's EHS Plan that complies with local legislation and consistent with Corporate policies.
  2. To develop and implement regularly some EHS training sessions to maintain a safe working environment at our factory.
  3. To act as a stand-by nurse to give any first aid assistance to our employees and workers if any incident happens and act as part of our emergency response team.
  4. To manage the incidents investigations and roots causes analysis to prevent incidents re-occurrences.
  5. To manage and conduct regular EHS equipment inspection and regular EHS measurements & certifications at the company to comply with regulations.
  6. To manage and deliver some EHS projects and improvements at the company.
  7. To support our internal audit team to improve the company's OHSAS and ISO management systems & documentation.
  8. To manage & control the implementation of any corrective action revealed from regular internal & external OHSAS and ISO audit reviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Male or Female, 24 – 30 years old.
  2. S1 or equivalent in EHS or any engineering degree from a reputable university.
  3. Minimum 2 years of EHS experience at a Multinational Company.
  4. Having "AK3 Umum" Certification is preferable.
  5. Good knowledge in English, spoken and written.
  6. Initiative, autonomy, diplomacy, honesty, hard working.
  7. Good knowledge and skill of EHS standards, procedures & regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. To develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the building materials distribution network, at traditional and modern retail shops.
  2. To implement the actions of the Company's commercial action plans and achieves the sales targets according to the budget.

KEP-034/KM.5/2006 dated February 20, 2006, the Company obtained a renewal of business licenses in the field of business financing institutions so that companies can conduct business as financial institutions that includes leasing, factoring, credit card business and consumer financing .

Subsequently in 2001 by PT Central Sari Metropolitan Leasing changed its name to PT Central Sari Finance (CSF), followed by a change of ownership, where PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) becomes the majority shareholder, as well as changes in business focus to automotive financing, especially the wheels four or more. Lastly, In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia No. C-08 091 HT.01.04.TH.2005, then as of March 28, 2005 PT Central Sari Finance has changed its name to PT BCA Finance.

Along with the name change, growth was more shot BCA Finance sharply. This is reflected in the increasing amount of new financing which reached 3.3 trillion in 2005 to 11.4 trillion in 2009. The company recorded growth of nearly 350% in just over 4 years. This achievement is inseparable from the full support given by our parent company, PT. BCA, Tbk.

In the field of finance, until recently the Company remains focused on the automobile financing sector.
